“This was a more meaningful, wonderful, healing surprise than I could have ever
asked you for. I will never be able to adequately express what a gift this is to
me and how deeply grateful I am.”

Jess Hope

“I’ve balled every time I’ve listened to this. And having someone like you to raise
awareness, advocate for us and research to learn yourself just amazes me.
Thank you for what you do.”

SONG CREATIONS

Writing is therapeutic and offers a safe space to process emotions. My goal is to help parents and kids turn their experiences
into a song. By sharing their voice in this way, they can turn all of that pain, love, and resilience into a shared experience,
helping others see the world through their eyes. I love taking these songs and creating music videos with them. I believe this
builds an even stronger connection and can be more impactful.

Jessica came to me wanting to share more than her
story of having two premature daughters- she wanted
to help and encourage other parents like herself. Her
lyrics acknowledge the fears, uncertainties, and
emotional struggles many parents face when they have
a child in the NICU and reminds parents they aren’t
alone. Their love is powerful, and their perseverance
makes all the difference- turning fear into strength, one
day at a time. To view the Music video click

When I read Toby’s story I was blown away by his tenacity
and fighting spirit. He has Spina Bifida and his parents were
told he may never walk, but today, at 12yrs old, he’s
competed at the national level and holds a gold medal for
the 800m. Inspired, I took his story and some things his mom
wrote and then created this song. I wanted Toby to feel like
he was the star in a movie about his life so I created a music
video to go along with it. To watch, click

Bhavika is a cancer mom to a son that was diagnosed with
high-risk leukemia in 2017. Her son, Kabir, struggles with
several other health issues in addition to his mental
health. Bhavika wrote a poem sharing her experiences.
This is that poem in a song. It sends a strong message
about the power of love and resilience. To view the music
video created to go along with it click

TESTIMONIES

Paula is the mom of a girl with Rett Syndrome. Her daughter
is unable to walk, talk, chew, or use her hands to play. She
also battles seizures. Paula shared her experience as a
special needs parent with me and then I helped her write this
song in hopes of connecting with other parents out there
who may feel alone in this journey. To view the reel created

“Toby has played it so many times. The timing was perfect. Toby has been competing at the NSW State Athletics Championships yesterday and today. No medals yesterday and he had his sights set on the 100m record for his para classification today. He has run it faster than this. So we were listening to the song in the car on the way this morning. Unfortunately, he developed strong back pain before his events of long jump and the 100m. I asked if he wanted to pull out but he insisted on going in and was jumping in tears. I didn’t think he’d be able to do the run but he pushed through and was 0.47 off from breaking the record! So, your song was nice for him to listen to again when we got back in the car! He even listened to the song on my phone at the Marshaling area to try to distract himself from the pain and give him extra strength.
